Suggestions have put the optimum ground capacity at 16-17 x (number of fans) if your team is performing well.
The arena should be built using the following percentages for the 4 seating types:

* Standing Room – 45%
* Uncovered Seats – 40%
* Covered Seats – 11%
* Members Seats – 4%

Use the arena calculator to ensure you build the correct number of seating types.
It generally costs £150k to add an extra 5000 seats to your arena.
Stadium upgrade costs

When building new seats, there is a fixed cost of £20,000 that will be charged irrespective of how much work is being done.
Building costs are as follows:

* Members Seats £100.00
